Are you looking to change your eating habits or explore new methods of wellness? During your 30 minute consultation, we will discuss where you are in your wellness journey and where you’d like to be. We will explore holistic principles that can offer relief for habits like over eating or feelings of sluggishness or anxiety and carefully ease you into a healthier lifestyle.


Wellness Coaching Sessions

During these weekly sessions we will dive deeper into the root of your habits and map out a healing plan. Our focus will be a holistic approach to healing areas like diet, trauma, lifestyle and spiritual development. My approach is a combination of biblical, ayurvedic and scientific principles.
