Meet chef turned farmer, Joia!
I have always loved cooking and serving people but farming and growing fresh food is in the running for first place! I love being outside and seeing produce go from seed to harvest. Nature provides so many foods and herbs we need to live healthy lives and there are so many ways to give back to it. While I am still growing as a farmer and holistic specialist, I feel that it’s only right to share what I love with others!
Wheat protein marinated in jerk seasoning and served with spicy cabbage and coconut rice. Notes of thyme and nutmeg.
Substitute Wheat protein for tofu for a Gluten-free option. Cabbage contains bell peppers and onions.
